First,fuse installation

b. Fuse in the installation, check the fuse ends contact is good.

c. The rated current of the fuse can only be less than or equal to the rated current of the fuse.

d. The voltage of the circuit must be less than or equal to the rated voltage of the fuse.

e. After the fuse is blown, when replacing it, please note: ① Replacement of the same size and material of the fuse, can not be arbitrarily thickened or reduced, not to mention not easy to melt other wires to replace, in order to avoid causing accidents. ② to cut off the power supply in advance, never in the case of power directly pull out the fuse to see, and in the replacement of fuses, with insulated gloves, wear insulated shoes and other insulation measures.

f. Fuse, fuse and base temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, if more than 60 ℃ need to replace the appropriate.

Second, the fuse failure solution

a.Circuit failure solution: check the circuit, find out the circuit failure section, whether the circuit is connected to the wrong circuit, circuit overload, wire aging and so on.

b.Fuse failure to solve: fuse failure, the circuit normal operation of the fuse and circuit overload does not melt, these two situations, the former is the fuse rated current, rated voltage may not be appropriate, replace the appropriate fuse can be. The latter is the fuse’s melting point is too large, need to replace the fuse with a lower melting point, specifically can compare the fuse’s rated voltage, rated current and the circuit’s rated voltage, rated current. Usually, the rated current of the fuse is 1.5 to 2 times the normal operation of the circuit.
